• INNER(city)SANCTUM accepts no responsibility for loss damage or theft of personal items
• INNER(city)SANCTUM accepts no responsibility for any adverse effects due to incorrect information being given
• No treatments will be given to persons under 16 years of age without signed parental permission
• No Skin piercing, microblading or fillers will be given to persons under the age of 18
• No treatments will be given to persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• A 50 %deposit will be taken for all appointments
• 24 hours notice of change or cancellation is required
• If less than 24 hours notice is given the deposit will be forfeited
• Gift vouchers are valid from 6 months from the date of purchase
• Gift vouchers are non refundable
• Courses of treatment are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Courses of treatment are non refundable and non transferable
• No refunds will be given on treatments
• I.D must be presented to receive discount ie valid NUS or NHS card
• Loyalty cards are customers responsibility
• Company policy is final and non negotiable

The only place I would trust for a hollywood wax, very quick, painless and thorough, and the Backscratcher nails are AMAZING! Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
